My chest/ribs really hurt?

I've had bronchitis for three weeks now (just had xray to rule out pneumonia and cracked ribs) but my ribs hurt so bad when I cough it brings tears to my eyes, and I'm also having a bit of a hard time breathing. Last time I went to my doctor she gave me a very small amount of Tussinex for the cough, stating she didn't want to give me too much because it wouldn't be good for me, but isn't it just as bad for me to be awake every thirty minutes from coughing so hard? OTC cough medicine doesn't help at all. Should I go to Urgent Care as a way of getting a second opinion? I also feel like I have an ear infection/sinus infection.
