Betta fish has ick.................?

Ok my male betta has ick. i need to know the best way to treat it. I just went out and bout aquarium salt, quick cure (it heals ick fins and such) and tetra aqua safe water conditioner. He lives in a 10 gallon heated and filtered. I can not turn the heater down or up because it has a preset temp. So i need to know what to do with all this stuff,how often and how much to clean the tank. How often to add salt and medacation so please explain
