5 ways to incorporate fitness into lessons?
I'm doing a curriculum notebook for my dance and rhythms cl (I'm a physical education major) and one section of it says to provide a description of 5 ways to incorporate fitness into my lessons. I'm confused on what exactly the professor wants because this is a physical education course, so shouldn't fitness be included in all of my lessons anyways? What would 5 ways be? Also, I need 5 games/activites that reinforce elements of the phys ed wheel, which are just fundamental movements (manipulative and non). What are some simple games I could list? :)
