What do you think of this in regards to the War on Drugs?

It shows that locking people up ad infinitum doesnt work and when you increase timber levvies to Canada, there is only one commodity that is going to cross the border instead and that is mellow and succulent marijuana. I love the way you americans think your politics are religious and spiritual.
