Why do the christians of the evangelist tradition or protestant believes in sola scriptura or just the Bible?

since the Bible is the only rule of the christian Evangelicals why they can't do agree each other about the Holy Trinity, Sabbath or Sunday, Jesus son of God or God himself, ity or not, free will or submitted to the God's wil.. I am catholic and I cannot understand why does everybody follow the ideas of Luther
