Ahhh please help!! i dont know what to do!! :/?

i dont know ANYTHING about computers except for the basic stuff. like looking things up, facebook and youtube lol but anyways thats not the point! this thing is killing me!! D: i dont want to get my computer any viruses but whenever i look up something on google this webroot window would pop up saying the INTERNET COMMUNICATION SHIIELD HAS BLOCKED ACCES TO AN INTERNET SITE and theres some number and it would start this countdown at the bottom sayig if i dont agree then it will automaticaly block it. soo i would just wait till it "BLOCKS" it but nothing happens... and then when i would click on a website the webroot would give me a warning saying this website has virus and that its a source of malware and some other virus so i got scared and clicked back and then i typed in the search engine yahoo answer and then i clicked on the website but the webroot gave me the warning again, but at the bottom it would give me an option if i want to continue but i didnt click on it because i was scared i would get a virus or something. so i typed the website in the address bar (not sure if thats what its called) and then it gave me the yahoo answer website without blocking it. but im still scared about getting viruses! and i dont know what to do!! :/
