Artemis fowl and Atlantis Complex?

I don't think so. I have not actually done what you are proposing, but I have read most of the other Artemis Fowl books in the wrong order. In fact I started with the time paradox and after that it was completely random, but it still made sense. The books are good because you can read them in any order and still understand it.
