What does this dream with my deceased dad mean?

Ok, shortly after my dad ped I had a dream with him. In the dream he was healthy again and smiling. Him and my step mom were actually dancing, we were in a social setting. He smiled at me and rubbed my arm as he told me I was beautiful. But suddenly, he got very ill. He began walking away from the dance floor with my step mom and me isting on either side. He started to excrete bodily fluids all over me. Nothing got on her but I was covered in his feces. I was able to clean it off and for the rest of the dream he was lying in his hospital bed with my step mom at his side. - I haven't been able to get the visions of this dream out of my head. It makes me feel like I did something wrong or that he was disappointed about something. What do you think?
