Would this make a good anime series?

I like the idea, but it does seem to lack a storyline. The revenge storyline rarely works, normally it's accompanied by something else as well. Also I was once told that if you intend to make a good story of any kind you really do need to figure out where you are starting, where you're going and what is going to make the whole thing end. Anything thing to remember is that animes (for the most part) have very strong story lines and their characters are people that you come to know and love. Characters and storyline are what make or break an anime, there are some animes that became successful without a storyline, such as Ouran High School Host Club and Galaxy Angel.
