A little advice 30 wks pregnant?

Ok so I'm a SAHM and I babysit for a little extra cash, well this little boy I just started watching was sick and his mom didn't bother to let me know and he gave my little girl who is 18 months old Croup, the Flu(not H1N1 just the regular one) and a Staph infection her in throat. Now I've already takin her to the doctor and she's on a full range of Antibiotics and I quit watching the little boy well now my husband is getting what she has except the croup and I'm starting to get the same thing In my throat I think. It's swollen, congested and I get choked on water or anything really easily, it's like my pipes are running together lol. Other then some pretty nasty congestion and coughing I don't have anything else wrong, I mean I don't have a fever or anything but should I still talk to my doctor about it or will it just kinda work it's self out since it's not that serious and If I do call my doctor do I call my OBGYN or do I use just a regular family doctor. My husband said that the whole time I'm pregnant he's my doctor for everything so I didn't know if this was true or not. He's at lunch now so I just thought I'd get some opinions before I called up there.
