Men: Why do younger guys (about 10 years younger) hit on me?

Why do younger guys hit on me? I'm married and have kids but the guys still seem to want to flirt and proposition me. Even my son's friends do this- it makes me very uncomfortable. I don't tell my son's about this because they would end up beating up all their friends and would stop having them over.
