Girl....I know exactly how you feel. I am just 33 weeks pregnant and last night was bad for me. I feel just like you say.. It literally feels like your bone or muscle is going to break or rip.. What I do for the pain is squats. I do like 3 sets of 10 reps. I do them right before I am gonna get in the shower. Or also when you feel the pain at night, get up and squat down so that your legs open and stretch down there. I hope this can be helpful. Good luck and congrats on your baby!
