HE TOLD ME HE LIKED ME??? HELP!!!!!!?

So i like this guy, he likes me back. so we ALWAYS chat on msn, and he FINALLY admitted his feelings for me. I didn't really know what to do so I kinda went off topic, then he got kinda angry and all went "you seriously had no clue what i was saying?"....then he rephrased it in a very direct way. Then i told him I liked him too...not a lot of stuff in detail...but I think he's mad now. I did leave him an offline message after about how I liked him and stuff...I'm scared! We're REALLY good friends so I hope all of this will be OK? He's a stubborn guy so I don't know what to do!
