Do you think wrist tattoos are tramp stamps?

No! I have has my wrist tattooed since I was sixteen, and people tend to find them very attractive. The only thing considered a "tramp stamp" by todays standards is a tattoo on your lower back. I had girls coming into my shop, asking for tramp stamps, and it's always the lower back that they want.
