Can a non-Jew have a Rabbi circise their new born?

My cousin is due in the next couple of months and she is having her baby in one of those alternative birthing centers. The thing is, she wants her baby to be circised but they don't believe in that in the birthing center. A person at the center told her she could get a Rabbi to do it. The thing is we are not Jewish. So, will a Rabbi still do it even though it's more like a job that the actual ceremony known as Bris?
